Flame on @ 6:38am 100L (inc 3ml of Phos Acid @85% Conc.)
Mashing @ 8:10am Strike Temp 67degC (80L)
Recirculating through water bath @80degC for 30mins (64>69degC)
20 minute Fly Sparge @ 9:20am @ 80degC
Boil @ 10:05am (60L)
Hop addition:
